#UNLITTER Global Website Refresh & Rebrand
A refresh for #UNLITTER Global, reworking the color palette and cutting down on repetitive content to create something cleaner, more modern, and easier to navigate.
The Problem
#UNLITTER has been around since 2016, inspiring people around the world to live sustainably through organizations at collges across the US. In recent years, they were seeing stagnant growth across their online presence. They instituted an internship program to get some fresh minds and perspectives on how to best spread their message.
The Solution
Previously, #UNLITTER's website was based around pure black and pure white. It was also filled with repetitive text and outdated pages. The first step was to create a new branding guide with fresh, engaging colors that reflect their environmental message. I then used my knowledge of UX/UI design to restructure the website in a more user-friendly manner.

Key Design Elements
Color Palette
I helped to rebrand the color palette to create a more cohesive, modern visual identity that aligns with the brand’s updated direction.
Repetitive Text
I edited and condensed repetitive text throughout the site to make information easier to digest. This helped create a smoother user experience and allowed the design to feel more purposeful.
Outdated Pages
I removed outdated pages and information to keep the site focused and relevant. This ensured visitors are only seeing current, meaningful content that reflects where the organization is now.
New Images
I executed original photography. creating visuals that aligned with the brand’s message and design. These images were used throughout the site to add personality and authenticity.
