I started Shot By Anna Teresa, originally known as Priority Photography, in early 2019. Back then, it was just an Instagram account where I posted nature photos taken on my iPhone. That Christmas, I received my first camera, a Canon Rebel XTi, and from there my passion for photography truly began to grow.
 

During the pandemic, I often convinced my little brother to model for me, experimenting with portraits and building my skills. My first commissioned event came in 2022, a Baptism, which led to photographing more Baptisms, First Communions, receptions, parties, and even the robotics summer camp I founded. That same year, I was invited to capture an official IHOP event and stepped into videography for the first time, filming my church’s chapter of Tim Tebow’s Night to Shine.
 

When I began college at the University of Florida, my business expanded even further. I started offering graduation photography, became the photographer for three student organizations, and added weddings, headshots, music, and sports photography to my portfolio.
 

Six years and two camera upgrades later, I’m proud of how far I’ve come - from iPhone nature shots to capturing milestone moments for clients. Photography isn’t just what I do, it’s how I tell stories, preserve memories, and bring out the beauty in every moment.
